ASM Custom dedicated tooling provides maximum support for the printing process, as the fixtures are custom-made to ensure all available areas of the circuit board are in contact with the tooling plate. Thin, flexible or warpage-prone substrates are further supported with the addition of vacuum to secure them in place.
